They were black with white skulls and to me, an impressionable child, slightly dangerous and all-too tempting. I guess I've never grown out of that...jbstanleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05839153589205692508noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3529128955266044151.post-12676312987001603942007-04-20T19:07:00.000-04:002007-04-20T19:07:00.000-04:00Omigosh, Keith--you are obviously cosmically ahead...Omigosh, Keith--you are obviously cosmically ahead of me in the library techno deal. All sorts of library search engines, in fact. And their online catalogs even tell you how many copies they've ordered, how many are checked out, how many on "hold," etc.

I try to write "thank you" notes to as many librarians as possible. One told me (apparently flabbergasted) that she'd had plenty of authors trying to get her to buy their books, but never one who took the time to thank them for having it on the shelves.
I love my "library readers." Some of them have become buyers as well, and most of them happily "spread the word."Candy Calverthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07991835886974318472noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3529128955266044151.post-26545174311202238202007-04-20T15:58:00.000-04:002007-04-20T15:58:00.000-04:00How do you know which libraries your books are in?...How do you know which libraries your books are in?Mark Terryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09410424046477699059noreply@blogger.com
